What is healthier a Wendy's single hamburger with 1/4 lb hamburger patty, ketchup, dill pickles, tomatoes, and a sandwich bun. Or a 6" Chipotle Cheese Steak with chipotle, bread, tomatoes, steak, and cheese

For the Wendy's hamburger you are looking at:

380 calories and 16 grams of fat with 19 grams of protein

as for the Subway sandwich"

450 calories and 20 grams of fat with 24 grams of protein

one difference to note is that the size of the hamburger is 176 grams while the sandwich is 271 grams...if the hamburger were the same size as the sandwich it would be more fatty.

Personally I would choose neither and go with maybe the chili from Wendys or one of the lower fat subs from subway.

well the tomatoes are really healthy cause they are cut everyday. The sandwich probably fill you up unlike 2 burgersfrom wendys. the sauce is the only fatty part so if you get no sauce it will be 100 calories. so in the long run id choose subway.

Subway sandwich doesn's have as much fat and calories in It as a Wend's hamburger

Well, both are not really healthy. Best choice would be the Subway sandwich, but without the cheese (contains too much fat).

subway doesn't automatically make it healthier, hell, the fat calories are based on a minimum sandwich, it doesn't include all the works you put on it, while a wendy's burger is what it is

now ask which one you'd rather eat.
a burger less than four inches across with fat you can actually see dripping off the patty and veggies completely concealed by a flat roll
or
six inches of soft loaf with fresh veggies bursting out that is prepared before your eyes?
