Keep in mind it is just a rumor. I would talk to your friend about the rumor you heard. Someone could just be setting it off to be funny. Unless you see for yourself that she is doing it than there really isn't much you can do but talk to her and hear her side.

First, find out if the rumor is true... Then from there decide what path to take.. because if the parents will stop it use them, if not, it's underage drinking... and the police would enjoy a call...

first if it is a rumor dont worry if it is true call the police,her parents, and also tell your family!She is too young to get drunk!

Talk to hear about it and find out what is going on. Tell her how bad it is and that she could really get hurt or in serious trouble. If the prob gets worse talk to your parents and they will help you decide what to do. Good Luck.

first thing you should do is find out if its true, dont necessarily ask your friend because if its isnt true, it might offend her. If it turns out to be true, you should talk to her about it, dont go straight to her parents cuz that could turn into something else... if its a one time thing just talking to her about it is enough, but if it starts happeningmore often just talk to her parents about it.

Since it's your friend, you should be able to ask her about it.
She should be able to either squash or confirm the rumor.
