On the whole they are excellent employers. Like many multinationals, they have an economically driven agenda but while you are an employee, I have found them very good with a good HR structure.
My only association with them now is through their Pensions department and that I can say has always been very helpful and I, at least, have what I think is quite a generous pension scheme.

I do. Uniliver workers help on making shampoos, comnditioners, and soaps. They also make cologne.
