Of course he will. He will also hope that he can get China and Russia to take care of the situation fully. There is no oil in North Korea so he views it as an inconvenient distraction. North Korea on the other hand is a relatively poor country playing the nuke card for all they can get. They are obviously frustrated at their inability to get the US to directly enter into any meaningful discussions.

No doubt and when they disagree over how to handle it, he'll antigonize-insult Putin and effectively isolate the US into a position by itself. Yet again the idiot can't behave like a true statesman and create consensus (IRAQ WAR). PEACE!
