i see most of you guys didnt like my joke...sorry. i got the joke from a friend of mines. i just thought that it was funny..and by the way, im 19. not a 10 year old immature brat.

It doesn't really make sense. I mean first of all monkeys can't talk. And were they in a zoo, or were they in the wild? Cause if they were in the wild they wouldn't know what they looked like. If they were in a zoo they might have a mirror. And the baby monkey seems a little young to recognize his own reflection. And you don't say what species of monkeys they are, not all species are intelligent enough to recognize themselves in a mirror. None are intelligent enough to speak English as I stated earlier. The rest of the joke doesn't make sense either, as the monkeys don't know what the people reading this message look like, unless they are psychic monkeys, but they are even more rare than monkey's that speak English.

Insulting someone directly isn't funny. it is a slightly amusing twist, which may have been amusing to you, but nobody (even a monkey) would say anything about someone reading this message. Acknowledging that it is a written joke destroys the situation, and the narrative falls apart, which is discomforting rather than witty or humorous.
