i have seen a couple of pairs on the urban outfitters website and i still think it's just a nightmare in the back of my head. i have yet to see any girls wear the fashion just because it is not the "in" style over leggings this season. if it was to ever come back in fashion, would you wear it?

The only thing that stirrup pants are good for are to keep you legs warm in the middle of winter under another pair of pants or under a nightgown so that you don't get cold.

It is not a daytime thing anymore. History, yesterday's news.

No. They were not flattering the first time around. The reason why "flare leg" pants came back is because they balance the look of full hips. So women flocked to fill their closets.

Stirrup pants do exactly the opposite. I hope they don't come back, but even if they do, I would not wear them. I try to stay more "classic".

I think the brief attempt to reinvent the leg warmer was cute though. In more mature colors, and better fabric I could see that happen.

I saw those too, and had flashbacks to my childhood. But I could get away with stirrup pants since I was a kid, now, the thought send chills down my spine. I wore it once, why do I want to wear it again?

I like them for working out, or lounging around the house, like sweatpants, but that's about it. I wouldn't wear them out in public except for maybe Halloween. It is one of those 80's fashions best left in the past.

Yuck! Please don't tell me someone is trying to bring those back! I don't follow fashion trends. They are so passe. By the time they are available on the market, the novelty has worn off. Fashion is dead!

You're right...Its definitely a nightmare!!!! I'd never wear them again!!!! They annoyed me when I was little.

Then again...I thought the same thing when I saw Gauchos and lots of people wore them.
