do you have a friend or other family member or teacher that you can go to? I know that it feels weird talking to someone else about your problems but you know who to choose
talk to your friends about it, if you have faithful friends that you can truly depend on
or join a program, be social
it's not easy, and I know
but i say you have nothing to lose in trying
if there's no one you can talk to then you might wanna try getting a pen pal
online if you want
try and see how that turns out
you dont' have an older brother, find one!
as for the hatred towards your family
try not to be rude to them
i know that maybe it seems like i'm asking the impossible
(you know, what do I know)
maybe youshould take a walk or visit a friend's house (if it's alright with them, of course) when you feel like you're about to burst with anger at a family member

Everyone feels sad and needs someone to talk to...and whether somepeople like it or not they talk to themselves to vent all the stress that they have in there lives. you ever felt like your personality is split. Half of you is agressive, the other half is nice and so on. your just talkin to an inner side of you and giving it an idenity. So many times i've been depressed but i feel that the more you live the more you learn. God made you the way you are to learn things that you couldn't have learned in any other form.

ok first ..do no longer think of approximately something all and sundry thinks..believe me..you will sense plenty etter..then...circulate on a weight-help plan. consume fit ingredients and drink water rather of soda and circulate to the wellbeing center a minimum of thrice each week or in case you ccan't try this then jog for 10 min then artwork your way as much as twenty..30 etc until eventually you walk/jog for an horu an afternoon

Take up some other activity that you might like and do a lot of reading or watching TV to take your mind of things
its quite normal that you feel that way though, dont worry about it as you get older you willlearn to deal

hey i know how u feel my bestfriend was like that same way and well I helped her out of it because she had no one to talk to and she felt that no one was there for her and that there was no good friends in the world because she told me before she met me that other ppl. used her and well after when she wanted someone to listen to her no one did. She said she felt alone and well I helped her out of it by being my all for her wat i mean is I try to be there as much as I can, I listen to her and well she came out of depression abit because, I showed her wat friendship was about I'm not calling myself perfect or anything this is wat my bestfriend told me, that I showed her wat true friendship was, and well she is a real friend I dont know why ppl treated her like that for and she's a really nice person. Maybe ppl should try to get to know you abit more that way they'll know that you have a heart of gold just like my friend, If you have a friend who is by you and listens to you and is always there for you then thats a true friend and you should never throw he or she away. Because true friends are really hard to find and I've found mine. Your problems are not you. Your problems are outside of you, even though they suck. Remember to focus on good things and to forgive your parents, they are not perfect, nobody is. I suggest getting outside for a walk, or whatever calms you.
