Speech therapy is NOT a standard classroom licensure. However, the coursework is usually through a university's Education College.

Licensure requires a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or "Communication Disorders"), and passing professional standardized tests.

most speech therapists work with kids in schools.
on helping them with their speech (articulation, pronounciation, etc.) You need a master's degree in speech therapy.
