I can ping SB4100 cable modem but, cannot connect to internet. All Lights are on modem and ethernet card?

I can ping modem, gives dns,ip subnet mask etc.. cannot ping websites or other ip's. linksys lne100TX 5.1. Lights on modem and ethernet card are good. No connection to internet. WIN XP Pro, HeLLLLP !!!

I'm not a pro but I had a similar problem setting up my Netgear. I called their tech support and they got me straightened out in a short time. You should have a toll-free number for linksys. Sorry I can't be more help, but I can't remember what I did!

Do you have a gateway address set, and if so is it on the client PC? Without it the pings and DNS requests don't know where to go to get out.
