1.....Tim Considine, seen here as older brother, Mike Douglas, in "My Three Sons", had a role as the soldier slapped by General George Patten, played by George C Scott.
2.....I see the guy who looks like Floyd the barber, but I can find nothing at all about him being a Mayor anywhere, on TV or not...so, I'm taking a guess. The guy, bottom right. could be a young Parley Baer, who played Mayer Roy Stoner, or Dick Elliott, who played Mayer Pike, on "The Andy Griffith Show".
3.....Donna Reed played Mary Bailey, George's wife.
