The Chicago White Sox cuz they were the World Series champs last year, and the Cubs haven't won the World Series in quite a while

im sick and tired of stupid fans like u asking which team to pick. im a die hard cub fan...ive been one for my whole life. i hate all of these people that say now that the sox one, im a sox fan. be a fan. u should have picked a side a looooong time ago and stuck there. there's a defenition for people like u- fairweather fans. fairweather fans make up a majority of the sox fans nowadays. most ppl say thats untrue but heres some statistics that are true. In 2004, the year b4 the sox won the world series, the sox had a total of 6,784 season ticket holders. now in 2006, the year after the sox won the series, they have over 20,000 season ticket holders. how can u call yourselves fans? Im saying CUBS all the way bc we have the real fans in chicago. everyone says we're drunks but nooo, maybe some in the outfield but u should have heard wrigley in 2003...it was electric.
i hate the sox...go cubs

The White Sox are certainly better. They have all the peices in place to make a run at a second consecutive world series. They have the number one offense this year and their pitching staff has been underacheiving and they still are 30 games above 500 at the break. The Cubs have some severe rebuilding to do and it will take them a few years to get back on track. I dont think this is even a debate anymore.

I'm sorry, but anyone who's a Cubs fan is either hometown proud, or a celebrity who jumped on a bandwagon. The Cub's and up til the Red Sox winning the series proved nothing and have lost. There are a couple teams who have never proved themselves and blame it on a curse, unless they're newer, like Expo's didn't have a curse, they just sucked.

Chicago White Sox BLING BLING! White Sox are versatile. They can get the runs when they are needed to win a game. I can definately see them in the series again this season.
