There's no such thing as piano tabs. Those are guitar tabs. That's probably a piano part tabbed out on guitar. If you can read guitar tabs, then you can figure out what the notes are.

Those are guitar tabs- count a 1/2 step from the lettered note for each number: a 7 on A is seven 1/2 steps up from a, or an E.

this is guitar tabs not piano. piano don't have tabs just notes( if you take choir and have to sight read then that is piano) this is guitar
well the numbers corrispond to the fret board. 1 is where the tuning nobs are. then you go down the neck. eNGDAE are the stings E (the one on the bottom of the cheet muci) is the lowest note/ fatt string

the letters refer to the chords to be played....the numbers refer to the extensions...E7 is an E Major 7th chord...E G B D F
G9 would add the A in the second octave
