A bunch of people doin' it!

This is often a confused term. An orgy can be anything done to an excesive amount. It's confused because almost everyone automatically assoicates it to sex. But in proper terms that would be a sex orgy. Meaning having sex to an excesive amount.

But there are many things that can be related to an orgy.
A food orgy would be eating to an excesive amount at one time for example.

So the correct meaning is doing anything to an excesive amount.
