How do you know it's gonna be uncontested? You need to file it to find out. And if you're filing...It's the other partner who would be contesting. A divorce which may start out like a friendly courtship, usually winds up to be the war of the century.
Consult an attny. And if it IS as you say (or think) it may be, then it could be final in 30 days. But believe that when you see it!
