23 that is how many flavors Dr. Pepper has (since we are talking about numbers here) and I read on their website that their products are Kosher... how interesting!

I'm not. Because if the scale is from 1 to 10 and I answer 11, I would actually mean 10, because 11 is not a point on the scale. It's pointless to say 110% in order to rate something.

It would have to depend on how much i like the 1-10 question. Say for instance if the question was: On a scale of 1-10... How much do you like being chosen for best answer? My answer would be an 11
