great movie to be able to tell a movie that is complex and make it look effortles is a real talent and to watch that being a father of three makes it that more of great movie

Beautiful film...
To me, it's like 2 different stories, as it starts off with the light-hearted story of Guido trying to win Dora's love.
When they get their 'Happy Ending' is, however, when the deeper part of the story begins.
Benigni's portrayal of the loving father, trying (literally) with all his life to protect his son, Giosué, is both funny and heartbreaking in equal measures.
I adore this film, and break my heart every time I watch it.
If you haven't seen it, you should watch it

It is a very good movie, with a great message of live
The idea is that far away of big problems you can survive, if you keep the faith, i recommend you¡¡

I luved it! it showed how deep a fathers relationship can get with itz child...and above all it was great:) love the theme song.

i did like it, although it was really sad. it's been a while since i saw it, i believe it's an italian movie.

I think it was wonderful. I highly recommend it.
It does have subtitles, but don't let that deter you!
