Loads of things to do; if she likes handcraft, just search for it in google, you'll find loads, I used such sites before. Or she can do a type of drawing on glass, that I don't know the name in English, it doesn't need any special skills, only a peice of glass + the special color.... They're really nice hand arts.

One of the best and easiest is clay. I did it when I was a kid and it eventually led to sculpting metal. My six year old son really likes to make things with clay too.
Good thing about clay is it's easy to find, it's cheap, and cleans up easy (unless it gets smashed into the carpet). Plus, there are types of clay, called polymer clay, you can bake in your oven so she can keep her creations forever.

Give her pens, paper , pencils or paints and let her express herself. Encourage her. My son is 10 and is always drawing his own comic books and stories.
