I wonder if anyone can help me at all. My face has been very pale lately (more than usual) and I've been as white as a ghost, does anyone know what this might be? I'm usually quite dark skinned.

I nearly disappear when I stand next to white walls, I'm that pale!! : ) I've been getting enough sleep every night and been eating properly, but I do feel slightly lethargic. Thinking it could be stress, but this is the most relaxed I've been for a while.

you could need a blood test to check for any defencies, such as a hemoglobin or complete blood work. see your doctor. lethargicness could be caused by a number of things.

sounds like anaemia with the lethargy

get checked by a doc, but in the mean time take iron supplements and eat lots of spinach and green vegetables

also check the colour of ur eyes... if u pull out the lower lip of ur eye.. make sense? check the colour, it should be deep pink, if it isnt and it is pale its most likely anaemia... so you should see the doc.. but easilly cured!!!

Sounds like anemia to me, go to the doctor and they should do a blood test. If it comes back positive you should get a prescription for some iron tablets.

This is a fairly bad sign if it is not something as simple as iron deficiency especially since you cannot explain it yourself. go to a doctor. if you don't have the money call a hospital and see what charity help they have and get checked quick.

It sounds like you're getting anemic. You need to go get checked out by a doctor. A daily vitamin wouldn't hurt either. But make sure you get examined by a doctor, so he can rule out anything serious. Best of luck to you...........

Perhaps you should be tested for anaemia. Your symptoms sound just like those I had. However, only your doctor can tell you what's troubling you. Hope you're feeling better soon.

U could be anemic and that can cause u to be tired all the time. U have to take iron to get your red blood cells up!

Don't worry about it.

By the way, the only non-medical indicator of anaemia is to look at the lips. If they are reddish, everything is fine.

I think you should go see a doctor - it could be low blood pressure, which can be a harmful as high.
