WICKED, MAMMA MIA, & HAIRSPRAY! AND RENT!
www.broadway.com can offer you some good ideas as well. I've seen Wicked and Mamma Mia and they were both absolutely AMAZING. The music from Hairspray and Rent is awesome, and I've heard that those are both really great musicals as well.
