How can I make my co-worker be nice to me?

This person is rude and is always picking on me. I dont know what the deal is. PLEASE HELP!

you really can't change people despite what everyone else says. the best way I've found to deal with these kind of people is to kill them with kindness and be sickeningly sweet! drives them nuts!

The only way is to give the same right back to them. When you just sit there and take it it only gets worse. Give it right back.
