Which is correct...?

1) I needed to go to the store. My daughter wanted to go too so I took her with me.
2) I needed to go to the store. My daughter wanted to go too so I brought her with me.

Although both are technically correct by definition, the verbs 'take' and 'bring' imply two different things. Taking implies removing something away from the place that you're talking about or are currently at. Bringing implies adding something to the location that you're at or are talking about. So if you were at the store when you mentioned it, you'd say 'brought', but If you were somewhere else when you mentioned it, you'd say 'took'.

Personally though, 'take' and 'bring' are things that I do with inanimate objects or possessions and I wouldn't use those terms when discussing another person.

I needed to go to the store. My daughter wanted to go and accompanied me.

I changed your "too" to "also". That way there aren't as many too's in there. Or T's for that matter......:)

Either is fine; however, I would insert a comma after too.
