First, If the pregnancy test says no, then no.
Secondly, you don't say what pill your on and for how long. Assuming you've taken it correctly then I can rule out all that.
If you are on the progesterone only pill (POP, mini pill) then it can make ur periods lighter and irregular, or even make them stop altogether. It's not a sign your pregnant, as long as you keep on taking the pills correctly you should be fine.
If you're on the combined pill (two female hormones, the pill, coc) then there is no need to have a period (really a fake period, withdrawel bleed) and as long as you have taken the test and it's negative then not to worry. There are many reasons that you may not have a period, the most likely of them being you are stressed, either physically or mentally.

Really, everybody's body reacts differently to the hormones in the pill and for some people missing periods is just the way.

Some people might not come on there period when they are on the pill... Its different for everybody... If you want to know if you are pregnant the most accurate way to find out is by getting a blood test...

There are different strengths and brands of the pill. If this is your first month taking it , it may be just your body getting used to it. If you've taken this for awhile and this is your first experience with this reaction then you should call your doctor and possibly change milligrams or brands. I would use a condom until I knew for sure

If you are concerned, a doctor will be able to tell you more than we will whats wrong. Did you make sure you took the right pills at the right time? Have you just started taking the pill?
