MSG (Monosodium Glutamate) along with Aspartame, (NutraSweet) are actually destructive poisons that can lead to a host of neurological problems; including the degeneration of the myelin sheathe( a symptom of MS). These substances can cause a syndrome called Glutamate Excitotoxicity, creating a cascade of complex molecular reactions that ultimately damage neurological tissue.

Avoid Aspartame and MSG in all food and beverages!
