My youngest son suffers from attention deficiency syndrome and MSG worsens the condition. As there are very few foods that does not contain MSG we counteract the effect with a very good omega-3 supplement.Interestingly enough MSG is a very old chemical and was used in the embalming process.

MSG (Monosodium Glutamate) along with Aspartame, (NutraSweet) are actually destructive poisons that can lead to a host of neurological problems; including the degeneration of the myelin sheathe( a symptom of MS). These substances can cause a syndrome called Glutamate Excitotoxicity, creating a cascade of complex molecular reactions that ultimately damage neurological tissue.
Avoid Aspartame and MSG in all food and beverages!

There are definitely allergies to food additives. Or food additives and other chemicals may increase the likelyhood of other allergies because they have a negative impact on the immune system.

There are indeed allergies to the additive. Most of them involve a propensity to have diarrhea after ingestion.. which is more like an intolerance.
