Yep, you bet. Although men are stimulated visually, women are, too, just not to the same degree. I watch with my partner sometimes and it's more of a turn on seeing him turned on...I wish, however, that porn was a little more socially equal between the sexes (ie not so degrading towards women as some can be...)!
