Be honest with him. Just straight up explain that you're not interested and you'd like him to stop. Honesty is ALWAYS the best policy!

If you are uncomfortable with it, tell this man to stop what he is doing and that you dont like it. You always have a right to tell someone when something is making you uncomfortable. Sometimes thats hard to do because you dont want to be mean or hurt their feelings but when it is getting to the point where it bothers you, you need to speak up.

If its happening at work report it to your Human Resources Department. Otherwise stay away from him. If it gets out of control call the police.
