Some of the new lotions out are supposed to slow hair growth, I think Jergans is supposed to have one. Try waxing and then moisturizing with one of the new lotions.

If you can afford to wax try a hair removal cream, at least it removes the hair below the skin a little and the hair doesn't have such a blunt end on it when it grows out.

If it is on your lip and it drives you NUTS think about electrolysis. About $50 a session takes a few sessions, but only proven permanent way.

Waxing ...it hurts but it smoother than shaving and your hair becomes finer.

Wax it off. Not only will it slow down, it'll stop! it has to be HOT wax. Dont try it at home.
