probably never...
i have two things to add to this political debate.
first, it doesnt matter what the public thinks of him anymore. he cant get reelected anyway. and second, kerry succeded! you cant blame him winning this election on anything but kerry succeding, because we dont know how it would have turned out. also, what is this "real democratic agenda" you speak of? i think kerry had plenty of time to tell us what he WANTED to do for america, and anyone who gave any thought to it knew that he couldnt possibly do all that stuff. also, kerry is a waffler. he changes what he says 5 minutes after he says them.

It's hard to believe that someone like you does not hate our party when you have on your profile that you "hate liberals." You are right though...the vast majority of Americans still work for a living. By saying this, you imply that all Liberals are unemployed. This would make absolutely no sense considering the latest polls and last two presidential election results. They were both pretty close, correct? So if it is a VAST majority that supports the Republican party, and such a small number of Democrats, how did those presidential races end up so close? In fact, I believe Gore actually had the majority vote in 2000, just not the Electoral College majority. It makes no sense at all. The vast majority of Democrats have jobs as well. So your statement is invalid. And we aren't going to "figure it out" because right now the majority of Americans have said, via polls, that they don't like the job the current administration is doing. Last I checked, the president's numbers were still in the low to mid 30's. I guess that is better than the 29% that it was about a month or two ago.
"Maybe around 2016 when you guys might actually win an election." Not very confident in your party, eh? If you really had confidence in the Republicans, you would never even think of this statement. Uh oh, you're showing weakness! Better start another war with someone.

I'm not a democrat or republican, think both parties are morally bankrupt. But there is something I am certain of, the only ruling principle of the Republicans is to maximize the dollars flowing into their pockets and to minimize social spending.
It is no accident that they are increasing the national debt by fighting undeclared wars--on the one hand the Iraq mess makes sure their cronies and themselves make huge profits (can you say Haliburton, Carlyle Group and unbidded contracts?) while putting this all on the national credit card so that there will be no future money on anything other than the bare essential functions of goverment and servicing the debt. Not to mention that they foster the dependence on oil rather than seek less expensive and more environmentally friendly sources of energy and at the same time ignore global warning, underfund the national parks (after all your money is going to Iraq and their cronies' bank accounts) and allow irresponsible people log in the national forests and trample on environmentally sensitive areas with snomobiles and dirt bikes.
They will get kicked out of office when the public gets tired of them (lots of signs of that already) but they won't care, having tied up the federal budget for generations to come, while also not lifting a finger to fix the looming social security crisis. They seem unwilling to face the fact that the largest generation ever to retire in this country is likely to tear the rich bastards apart when they find they who have worked all their lives have no social security and no health care they can afford--all after years of paying into those programs....perhaps I'll take me a nice fat piece of Texas real estate come the revolution. Somewhere around Crawford sounds nice...and if he's still alive, I'll gleefully trample him to death with the mass that will descend on his ranch trying to get what is due them....

Thank you for your uneducated rant. If you were the "majority" how are the Pelosis, Bidens etc etc elected? In fact who carried the "majority" vote in the last presidential election? That damn electoral vote is a life saver isn't it!!! I just love that your vast majority of Conservatives keep Your presidential approval rating in the low 30's. Damn, doing a bang up job there chief. Just think the more he keeps talking the better we look. Have a good day.

Calling them names is not a good way to get someones serious attention. The republican party is not the majority, it just has more people who exercise their right to vote.
I agree with you in that I am in almost complete disagreement with what the democrat party stands for anymore. They have been infiltrated by the far left radical special interest groups, that I don't believe have this countries best interest at heart, just as they say we have our far right conservative group. I see the far right as the lesser evil.
I think they have made a mistake with the ostracizing of Senator Lieberman. If he leaves the party, he is going to take many voters with him. As a republican, this is good news.
It may just take the Independent party to bring us back to center.

you do know that bush has a rating of 32 percent. and the majority of america is against the war in iraq. i think if people knew the real democratic agenda instead of the lies that your party throws out people would vote democrat in every election.

tax cuts favor the country and they favor the economy. Let me give you a hint. If you are going to get a tax cut, you have to be paying taxes, and the more in taxes you pay, the bigger your tax cuts are going to be. It's a hard fought mathematical calculation to make, but if you're not paying many taxes to begin with, you are not going to get a huge tax cut and we know -- you can go to my website, the statistics are always there. You can take a look at who is paying the lion's share of taxes in this country. It is impossible to not have those people get a tax cut if you are going to have a tax cut!

Personally, I don't care what you think of my party.
It's your party sitting in the hot seat right now. Sorry, we got the next election, unless of course the crooked Repugs figure out a way to fix the next election also.
