i think that the people who own or control oil from the middle east are concerned. and why wouldn't they be? if i owned it you would be buying it in one liter bottles for about ten bucks a pop.

Who are the "people" you are referring to? The government and businesses care greatly... oil is the lifeblood of most Middle Eastern economies. OPEC meets often to discuss such issues.

I am sure they are worried that the prices in the us will go too high and that bush could invade and kill them for their crued oil.
