The only eyeliner I have is a type of pencil. On previous questions, people have told me to apply eyeliner to the inside of my bottom lid. Is that possible with a pencil eyeliner? And I don't understand how to do it! Does that mean put it on the pink part very close to the skin? Because when I try, it just wipes right off because it is wet (well duh, it is my eye!) I am sry, i am just really confused! No one ever explains! PLZ HELP ME! thanx! =)

You don't have to line your inner eyelid at all. Some people do it and it works just fine, but others it does not suit at all. I apply mine just outside it where the lashes seem to grow. Not inside. It wears off, tends to make your eyes weep, and really does not look all that great on me, so I do it a little differently. Try it. If you are going to line the inside, make your pencil very sharp and make sure you have very clean eyes after washing your face. Gently trace the sharp pencil along the inner lid between the pink part and the lid, called the waterline. See how well it looks and if it stays.

Oh lord the 80's are back! Lining the lower inner lid should only be done in the evening. Doing it before that looks trashy and unkept. Please be sure to wash your hands and keep your pencil and sharpeners CLEAN. Do not pull on your bottom lid, gently smudge across the flat part of lid (just above the lash line). If this area is pink, then you probably haven an infection and should have that looked at right away. Using a dark brown or grey shadow with and angled brush and smudging along the lash line (not on the rim of the eye) is much more dramatic and less "trashy" looking. Besides, you don't get as many eye goobers.

When people put eyeliner on the inner lid, it is right above your eyelashes on the bottom. It leads to a lot of eye boogers and you can get infections in your eye easily if you don't clean your eyeliner and sharpen it with a clean sharpener. You can apply it outside your eyelid just under your eyelashes. If it is a hard pencil, you can soften it by putting it in a flame for just a couple seconds and wait a few so you don't burn your eye. The best thing would be to buy a softer eyeliner pencil-they have them at many places for about 88 cents.

Yes the whole cool thing in right now is putting it on ur bottom lid right near ur eye
but it does just wipe off into ur eye so sharpen ur pencil to a very pointy but not hurting tip. And lightly just under the eyelashes do a thin line of it and see how u like it. If thats ur style then go for it and enjoy! ;)
picture below of kinda of what i mean

hmm. eyeliners are never put inside the eyes.. (tht pink part u r talking 'bout).... thy r there to line the eyes.. So if u r using the any eyeliner whether Pencil or liquid it has to b on the eye lid neaar the eye lashes and then under the lower eye lashes(if needed) and Khol is use in the pink part inside the eyes.. or Surma....thts a hindi word.. for dry khol....So apply eyeliners ti line and define the eyes not to put inside the eyes... i think u go tit now.... Best of Luck.... and one more thing ..... one thing which is done everytime is ..... u have a open mouth when u apply eyeliners. or khols or maskara..... see is ur self.. u will notice everybody on this planet to apply the eyemakeup having mouth open.... thts natural.. sounds supid but thts the truth.... ply if u r doing ur own make up.... Best Of Luck

You don't go into the lid.
Just the outside. The place where your eyelash roots are.
Going farther then that and your eyeliner will wash away, or you could get an infection.
Also, don't outline the WHOLE bottom lid. Try from the outter corner of your eye to the centre of your bottom lid.

Never put eyeliner on the inside of the lid. It will clog the tear duct and could cause an infection. Also, it will migrate into your eye. Use it under or along the eyelash area. All the best.

Try heating up the eyeliner just a little with a lighter, that will make it soft. lean into the mirror, pull down on your eye and apply right on the pink, (please make sure the liner has cooled first, otherwise you'll get a big clump) This is way I've always done it. it take practice to get it right though. if they have where you live, try wet n wild, it works great. oh, and use baby oil on a cotton ball to remove. cheaper than commercial eye makeup removers and works better. remember, practice practice practice!!!

why don't you get some liquid liner instead , it's a bit messy in the beginning , but stays on long if you want it to, and it's a lot easier to apply ... ps. I wouldn't put the liner on your bottom eye, it will make your eyes look smaller, if anything but some right at the eyelash line starting from the outside corner and only line 1/3 in
Also I like to put liner on my eyelids, right on the lash line, it makes your lashes look thicker and darker.... try to pull at the corner of your eye so that you look a little asian, then draw a line right on top of your eyelashes.
Good Luck!
