Swimming. Have you ever tried each? You could bike for an hour but maybe only swim for 10 minutes.

Swimming is the best exercise you can do! It burns so many calories its ridiculous. It is a combination of aerobic and anaerobic exercise

Swimming as it is all over cardio/aerobic exercise working all the muscles, not just the legs.
