You get evaluated by a physician. They will take x-rays if they suspect that your spine is not straight from physical exam.
If the spine's curvature is more than 20 degrees, you are young, and it is progressive, then they will surgically manage it. If it is less than 20 degress it may be treated with a supportive measure, or just watchful waiting. If you have a slight curve, and are asymptomatic, they will watch you until you stop growing.

If you suspect, go to a doctor now. Don't wait! If you're young, you may be able to wear a back brace that will force your spine into the right shape and position.
