Because carparking is an intensive usage of council property and is therefor charged extra. It's fair as not all taxpayers use the carparks.

there are about 60 million living in britain, if we all refused to pay the rediculous taxes, what can a few thousand people who work for the government do ?????
imagine imprisoning the whole of the nation for refusing to pay council tax ??

the only option is for the government is to considerably reduce the amount they take,
