We can already deliver a nuclear bomb to any place on earth without having to launch a missile. A single individual could carry it in by foot in something the size of a suitcase.
The fact that it's not been done yet says something about how crazy someone would have to be to do something like that. The global consequences would be too extreme.

They would attempt to play each nation to their will with false wars and false aligations and false information and division tactics; they would make conflicts between nations so that those nations would fight each other. That way the US stays out of it and doesn’t look like the bad guys… better yet they’d go in and “save” the nation that they liked or could control the best and look like the World Good Guys LOL.
The leaders and military of the USA would have their own play ground at their bidding.
This could be happening as we type LOL... Muhahahaha, twisted...
(I'm scared, but I couldn't help but make a joke of it LOL)

Well I would hope those extremists we have in gov now would at the very least bring home our people and give our allies a chance to leave before they nuked the middle east. I hate nukes and any thought of using them.

the consequenses of a large scale nuclear launch would ripple across the globe. the potential negative impact to the environment and to our globally based economy would be so great that we would be stupid to launch an unprovoked nuclear attack
