How do you create a car on the game need for speed 3 hot pursuit?

i ned to know how to create a car for my friend and hes counting on me!! I need ur help! I have till schools starts in september so please help!

u'll need more time creating a car from scratch, think u would prefer to just download them instead. search around the web for custom made cars, downlaod it. follow the instructions as necessary. mostly u'll just be asked to create a new folder under the folder 'model' where u'll pace a file called 'car.viv'. there's a site i used 2visit that's 'http://www.needformorespeed.com' but i don't know whether it's still there. try search from various search engines. yahoo, google, as u like. keyword me used last time was 'nfs3 car'. try different combination.
