You can set up a filter to filter emails from a certain email address to go directly to your trash folder.

In Yahoo mail, after you have logged on, you will see Options on the top right corner of the page. Click that and you will see a Filter link. Click it and you will be in the Filter set up page. Click Add to add a new filter. When the screen comes up, you will see four drop down boxes in the first part of the screen, From, To, Subject, and Body. You can enter the email address that you want to check in the From input box. And then in the second part of the page, you will see Then... and a drop down box of the destination folder. In your case, you just click Trash. And save your change.

There should be a way to deny a certain address or domain. It depends on the mail program you are using. Try looking through SPAM filtering. I use Outlook to download mail from all my servers and with that I just right click the mail message and hit block user or block domain.

Okay, that is Simple, all you have to do is go to [from mail] options, then click on Blck Address. Add the address or domain name to the list and you are done. Now, the same thing happens when you check a message and click Spam. It does the same thing. If youb have any more questions, E-mail me at bwcool202@yahoo.com.

You did not say which mail server you are using so I will give you Yahoos.

Click on Yahoo; my account ( top left hand side close to your user name) ; mail ( very small print on right hand side), Block addresses ( left hand column toward the bottom), enter email addresses you want to block.

10 points please.

on your "inbox" examine the field beside the e-mail and click junk mail...this may without delay deliver any added emails that you receive from this sender on on your direct mail.....
