Any of the water signs are highly prone to psychic intuition, Cancer, Scorpio, and Pisces. Of these three, Pisces is probably the strongest psychic.
This does not, however, necessarily mean that if you were born from about 20 Feb to 21 Mar you'll be a psychic; there is so much more to look at besides just the sun. In my opionion, you're moon sign is a more likely indicator of your psychic ability. You could also be psychic if you've got strong aspects between your moon, wherever it is, and planets connected with a water sign. Also, any planet in a house connected either natally or naturally with a water sign can also indicate psychic ability. It's a fairly complex issue. Neptune is also a strong planet to look for regarding psychic powers.

*PISCES- i knew 3 persons that knew how to read ordinary cards/tarots & give mostly accurate readings & because of them, i firmly believe that most horoscopes compatibilities & card readings are mostly true at all times...it helps me a lot on what i should be aware of & also to achieve the right decision making in my life..a guy i knew tried a tarot reading on his own (he had mastered reading the tarot card) and suddenly he was afraid by then of the end result of his reading (he's so scared to death because he felt a deep intuition that will come true) (he also can't explain what he just felt that time) and it's true (at that time had came in his life) he wasn't able to prevent or controll it...btw, me as a piscean-- in my dreams i can see what situation or danger might happen in the group of people i knew (close or not) that sorrounds me...a bit of weird though, me myself can't explain it--
i have high intuition that somethings not right or the next thing will happen-- i don't know if i need to develop those abilities that i have, im a bit scared what possible might happen next if i learned a lot & go to the next level--
