It should highlight the area that you are filling in incorrectly. It could have to do with you being under age, or leaving something blank or messed up, like a phone number with only 6 digits, you know. Look over the form very suspiciously before you submit it and see if it goes through.

I am not sure your age but you have to be at least 14 , you also have to sign up with a profile to be active on myspace. You cannot look on myspace unless you are signed up. You need a valid email address, have to create a password and also need a name. If i recall you have to make a valid account. Your name etc, then you can create a alias or code name.
