In the two part series after Muller is jailed and accused of killing of the goverments superperson and he let out by the high official and get on the run with Scully does he get reinstated into the FBI or is he on the run for the rest of his life?

the fact that he escaped prison and the death penalty forces him to run for life for sure...i dont think that scully and mulder will ever be able to go back to the fbi..actually not even get into the usa. i am waiting the second movie to see how they will save the world once again!

Its TV they can make up their own rules and its Mulder not Muller.
