How do you remove carpet impressions left by furniture?

Easiest way is to steam up the carpet using a steam iron...do not let the iron touch the carpet. Once the carpet is damp and warm, lift the pile in place and when it dries, the impressions will be gone...or, leave them alone, they will probably come back to normal with time.

If you put ice cubes on the spot, as the ice melts it pulls the carpet back up, it works!
