Yes they had the baby. It was technically born out of wedlock but the priest counted it anyway because one second later they were marry. It was very sweet. They named the baby Drew, Jr.

I saw it a few weeks ago. Drew and Kellie got married in the hospital while Kellie was in labor, and they had the baby.
