Never played Digimon, but love Pokemon. BTW I'm 35 and play Pokemon on gameboy for stress relief. I like the challenges and the details that go into the game. Sometimes for fun my husband and I will set challenges for ourselves within the game and try to beat each other. It's a great way for me to connect to my game loving husband.
