I have a very large book from the 1940s with tons of pictures of Native Americans. I do not know who the photographer is. I am interested in getting some sort of an idea of how much it might be worth but cannot find any information on it online...any ideas about where to find this information.

Your best bet is to find information from the book somewhere. Search thoroughly for copyright info, credits in small print, back pages, etc.

Probably the most famous photographer of Native Americans, though, is Edward Curtis. Frank Matsura took pictures in Eastern Washington.
