deleting folder items?

Question

when deleting items in my temp folder, I highlight one item at a time, and delete one item at a time. Is there a way to highlight say 8 items out of 12, and then hit delete just one time?

There are two ways to do that.
1) If all the files that you want to delete show up continuously on the list, click the first file that you want to delete, hold down Shift and click the last file that you want to delete. Then all the files in between will be selected too. Once the files are selected, just hit delete.

2) If the files that you want to delete do not show up continuously on the list, hold down Ctrl and click on the files that you want to delete. Remember to keep holding down the Ctrl until you are done clicking all the files. Once all the files are selected. hit delete.

u can press ctrl key from the key board and select the files/items which you want to delete by clicking the left button of mouse ..after selecting ...just press delete key from keyboard
