My son left his wallet in the pocket of his khaki pants when he washed them and the dye from the leather stained them...does anyone know of a way to get this stain out?...The pants are new and I'd hate to see him have to throw them out...thanks!

No matter what anyone says do NOT use a color safe bleach like Clorox 2. It says right on the bottle not to use that stuff with khakis.

You can try soaking it in water and detergent, but I would try the dry cleaner. My dry cleaner has taken care of every kind of mess I've brought them.

Okay, so that's really a dye stain, not a leather stain. Well, check the link below for eHow's step-by-step on Removing Clothing Stains, including tips from other folks, links to products, etc. Good luck!!
