Of course any excuse is lame if it keeps a person from taking action. But many people do not use it as an excuse. But the personal is political. What are you doing at home, in your personal life to make the world better? Pick a single issue and think of ways to improve the situation. Good luck.

Until they put in a space for None of the Above, what difference does it make which of the two clones are elected. I mean, who are you going to vote for rich guy #1 or rich guy #2. So, I just try to vote out whoever is in.

There are no excuses for not voting. As a US Citizen we enjoy certain privileges but we also need to give back in some way. That means to let your voice be heard and vote even if you are only one person.

No it shouldn't be an excuse, but many people in this country are very lazy and would rather complain about something then do anything about it.

ya, but wot can we do? we can't impeach him, the whole senate and house of representatives is pretty much controlled by the republicans, so that won't do anything, he has control over basically everything. PLus, we take our freedom for granted and this generation cannot fight for anything. I am obviously very pessimistic, but seriously, those are the facts.
