Yes, but if you have the time, try staying up for 3 or 4 just once. You'll have some amazing hallucinations.

absolutley. I went a full day and a half with no sleep and as iwas
driving home froma friends house at night I was actually
hallucinating. The tree top as i was driving by turned into large
balloons (like in the macy days parade kind)
scary

It does, i suffer from insomnia and if I dont take medication to help me sleep, I will be awake for days

Yup, I did that once and my body just started falling asleep without me. It was like my mind was awake but the rest of me wasn't.
