I think Miroslav Klose resembles Sean Penn.
Oliver Kahn looks like a famous 80s or early 90s hollywood star, whom I just can't nail down rightly.

I only spotted an Italian look-a-like in Formula 1.
Luca Toni seemed to look a bit like Renault pilot Giancarlo Fisichella. Only the hairstyles seem to be different.
(explainable because they are both Italian)
