All three companies that make voting machines have sued to maintain their secrecy. Recently, North Carolina passed a law requiring that electronic voting machines must provide paper copies of votes that can be recounted for confirmation. As a result, Diebold is buying back their machines and refuses to let them be used?

What does that say?

you understand i hate nationalizing almost some thing yet i imagine that it truly is one ingredient that should be an similar everywhere. One kind of balloting gadget and per chance the contract can be a composite of a few businesses so no one business enterprise has any shady dealings. And sure a paper path is purely nescessary.
