Mine was the day that my wife than girlfriend was on her period. I was about 19 yrs old and she asked if I would go by her pads...
I had never bought those damn things EVER.
In the store I stood before millions of packages and I noticed that some said light others said medium, and heavy...
I picked up several and to me they all felt about the same weight. I did this over and over.
Then a friendly woman comes up to me and asked if she could help...I automatically blused because I had no idea what I was doing so I told her that the packages said light, med, heavy but they all felt the same to me, she broke out in a loud laugh and through her laugh she explained to me what that meant, man I could of died ...That was EMBARRASSING!!

I got up in the middle of the night my Hawaii hotel room to pee and I heard this click. The next thing I realized was standing in the hallway of the hotel locked out of my room completely naked. It was 4am and the elevator ride down to the lobby was the scariest moment of my life. So embaressing as I'm not even comfortable being naked in front of my friends. Never drink and wear earplugs to bed, lol
Another time was when I was in junior high and my mom didn't use Bounce in the dryer. I was with my friends and one of her really big ugly pairs of panties(more like a tent) fell off the inside of my pant legs). I got razzed for weeks, lol.

I was chatting up a young lady on a chairlift, and got so engrossed that I caught the tip of my ski on the disembarking ramp, and was pulled off into four feet of powder. Other classmates were on chairs behind, and the guffaws of laughter echoed down to me from the small patch of blue above. It was a zen moment.

I was with a big group of friends and I was sitting on the floor when I went to stand up to get something I let the biggest fart! I was so embarrassing! I laughed it off like I meant to fart on purpose.

My very first day of Freshman year, first time ever in my new high school.... walking through the cafeteria, sliped on a spill spilled my food all over myself in front of everyone, I was mortified
