I know what you mean, man. Have them here in Bangalore at least once a day, well the power cuts anyways. I guess it's just a question of getting used to it. As for water - reserved bottled water might come in handy sometime:-)

I'm in Scotland, we don't have water shortages as it's always raining! Unlike dried up old england. The electricity supply is fine too, I suppose i've got nothing to moan about then!
